Please be informed that the Southern Cherokee Nation name and flag have been trademarked and copyrighted by Southern Cherokee Nation Kentucky (15 U.S.C. 1051(b).  (Filed for)

 

We request that any person or organization using the Southern Cherokee Nation name or flag to cease and desist, (unless given written permission).  Failure to comply with this request, can and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
